Registration: By enrolling in the fitness program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your child, and to update this information promptly if there are any changes.

 Health and Safety: You acknowledge that participation in the fitness program involves a risk of injury, and you agree to consult with a physician regarding your Childs health and wellness if needed before starting the program, especially if your child has any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.

Participation: You agree for your child to participate in the fitness program at their own risk, and to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the fitness instructors or trainers.

You and your child agree to conduct yourselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during all fitness program activities. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Confidentiality: You understand and agree that any information shared during the fitness program, such as personal goals, health history, and related matters, will be kept strictly confidential by the program organizers and instructors.

You acknowledge and agree that any personal property brought to fitness program locations is your sole responsibility, and the program organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of such property.

Photo and Video Release: You agree to grant the fitness program the right to use photos and videos taken during program activities for promotional or educational purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency during the fitness program, you authorize the program organizers to seek appropriate medical treatment on your behalf for your child if appropriate. (ie you are not at the session and are unreachable by phone or text)

Release of Liability: You release the fitness program organizers, instructors, and facilities from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
